I would first like to apologize for this letter being delayed this long but it has also afforded me the opportunity to experience several more months of service from your dealership.
At the very end of December of 2010 my wife and I purchased a new, black Infiniti G37X from your dealership. It was the second car we had purchased right off your showroom floor and the third car we had purchased from Tim Dahle Infiniti in the last several years. We have always enjoyed the buying experienceat your company, but this one was exceptional.
Our salesman was Hyrum Koenig and I doubt if we could have found someone that was more helpful, professional, or informative. He assisted us through the entire buying process and we always felt confident in his advice and recommendations. I was even more impressed with his willingness and desire to help us following the sale. There were several times when I came back into the dealership to ask him questions and he always had the time to fully answer any concerns and to in detail some of the more technical functions of the car. I'm sure you are aware of how fortunate your dealership is to have someone of that quality to represent your company. We look forward to working with him again in our next purchase.
Likewise I had a similar experience with your Service Department manager, Chaz Benson. After we had the car for several months we brought it in for it's scheduled maintenance and afterward we noticed a number of scratches on the hood that could have occurred during the washing of the car. These probably would have been unnoticeable on and color other than black. Chaz not only acknowledged my concern, but personally took me down to the body shop, introduced me to the owner, and made sure that they would be bugged out to my satisfaction. This level of service from both Hyrum and Chaz is above and beyond what is normally expected when purchasing a car and demonstrates a level of commitment to the buyer during and following the sale.
I just wanted to express my appreciation to these individuals and look forward to working with them again in the future.

We wanted to let you know what a pleasant experience we had purchasing a used car from your dealership recently. Kyle Elmore was the Salesman who helped us.
The car had an oil leak that we noticed before we test drove the car. Kyle assured us he would do whatever he could to fix the problem. We were skeptical just because it was a used car "As Is". True to his word Kyle and Kerry went way above and beyond to make sure this car was fixed before we took delivery.
I don't know of another dealership that would have been so set on making things right. It was a long process and I am sure it was an expense to the dealership as well. We will never forget what they did for us. Believe me all of our friends know as well. We will not hesitate to refer business to you in the future. We are impressed!

We are writing regarding a recent issue and great service that we had with our 2008
QX56 that we purchased from you last year. When we bought the vehicle we purchased
new custom chrome wheels to go with it. Unfortunately we started to notice some pitting
and early signs of corrosion in less than a year. We brought this to the attention of the
service department, in particular Chaz Benson.
Apparently the manufacturer didn't make the same wheels anymore so Chaz told us to
just pick out some new wheels. We were surprised that you would go to the expense of
buying us completely new wheels and let us pick out whatever we wanted in order to
make the situation right. We consider this going above and beyond normal service, so we
wanted to write and officially thank you.

I recently bought a new Infiniti G37 Coupe and while the sales experience was great (except for laying out a considerable sum of cash) the first service I received was terrific! I brought the car in for it's first oil change (they call it an Executive Service) and it was great! It only took 45 minutes or so and when they handed me my keys along with a rose my car was spotless. We have 2 little dogs and you would never have guessed they spent any time in the car. Inside and out spotless. Thank you Ben and Chaz in service for the great job. BTW because it was the first service it was free.

Very awesome experience. I heard the new 2011 QX56 was coming out and asked them to call me as soon as a demo was available to look at. They called me and treated me with a lot of patience with all my questions and explained all the new technology. I've purchased a lot of cars in my life and was amazed with the kind, low pressure professional style of John my sales person. Craig the Manager even chatted with me for a bit about the new model. I'm going to buy my next Infiniti from Tim Dahle Infiniti because of their kindness.
